Starting your conveyancing
Before we can start we need a completed Purchase Form which gives us basic information about you and the property you are selling. (To access our Purchase Form you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free from the Adobe site.)

Instruct the estate agent to send copies of the Section 32 Vendor's Statement and the signed Contract of Sale to us, using any of the above methods.
Confirm that we have received your form by contacting our office if you have not received a confirmation email within an hour or two.
When we have received your Purchase Form we will write to you to formally confirm your instructions to act for you, and to commence your conveyancing matter. |
