Conveyancing Instructions - Purchasing

Before we can start we need a completed purchase form and a copy of the signed Contract and Section 32
You may instruct us by filling it out online and emailing it to us, or you can download it and print it off. (To access our Purchase Form you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free from the Adobe site.)



1.  You can download the form, print it off and fax it to us (03 9725 3316), post it to us (address below) [click here to download (PDF 150k) Purchase Form] or scan and email it to us at info@lawyersconveyancing.com.au.
2.  Instruct the estate agent to send copies of the Section 32 Vendor's Statement and the signed Contract Note or Contract of Sale to:

Of course, if you have these, you can fax them to us with your Purchase Form [PDF 150k]

When we have received your Purchase Form and the Contract we will write to you to formally confirm that you have engaged us to act for you, and to progress your conveyancing matter.
