Fixed Fee Conveyancing - Purchase

Our fixed-fee for conveyancing on a standard residential house, unit or land in the Melbourne metropolitan area is $770 and includes the following:

  1.  All conveyancing work as defined in the Conveyancers Act 2006.  
  2.  All legal advice forming part of the conveyancing work.  
  3.  All legal work forming part of the conveyancing work.  
  4.  Disbursements forming part of the conveyancing work.  
  5.  All office costs (postage, faxes, phone calls, photocopying) forming part of the conveyancing work.  
  6.  Providing of copies of Contract and Transfer to client's bank or lender.  
  7.  Booking of settlement with client's bank or lender.  
  8.  Settlement agency fees for settlements in Melbourne CBD.  
  9.  Settlement attendance in Melbourne CBD.  
  10.  Submission of Notices of Acquisition.  
  11.  Post settlement follow-up on matters forming part of the conveyancing work.  
  12.  Goods and Services Tax (GST)  

NOTE: Circumstances may sometimes arise where legal work is required that is beyond what is included in our fixed-fee service. We reserve the right to charge additional costs in such circumstances. See our "Conveyancing Costs FAQ" for more information.

All clients receive a full Costs Disclosure Statement and a Costs Agreement as required under the Legal Profession Act 2004.
